With a critically acclaimed debut album Tomorrow — named Album of the Week by Jazz FM and praised by BBC Music Magazine, Jazzwise and London Jazz News — Hudson has quickly established himself as a compelling interpreter of melody and lyric. His second album Moonray (2024) is an ambitious project featuring horns, vibraphone and strings, showcasing a rich and distinctive sound. Join us on Sunday 25th January for a Scottish celebration like no other, as we raise a dram to the legendary poet, Robert Burns. This one-night-only experience brings together ceremony, storytelling and Scottish gastronomy in the heart of Mayfair, transforming the dining room into a theatrical celebration of Scotland’s most cherished traditions.

From 6pm, guests will be welcomed by the stirring sound of live bagpipes, setting the tone as the celebration begins. A dramatic and traditional “Ode to the Haggis” will be delivered, bringing poetry and pageantry to the heart of the evening.

Guests can opt to enjoy the full, bespoke menu showcasing iconic Scottish dishes or choose from the Burns Night specials on the evening. Bradley Skeng, is a producer and versatile DJ from East London who specialises in showcasing the best in House and Garage. In 2025 he landed an official remix of the UK’s Number 1 Record, Dior by MK and produced another remix for the infamous House Gospel Choir’s, Promised Land. He’s played all over the UK at some of its most iconic venues including, Colour Factory, Fire Nightclub, NX Newcastle, MOVE Exeter and FORGE Warehouse, for brands such as HE.SHE.THEY, DEFECTED, LoveToBe, Feel It, Queer Edge and many more. Currently working on a new single to be released with House Gospel Choir in early 2026, Bradley continues to make dancefloors vibrate with his move-inducing selections!
